Public Enemy Salutes the Soul.

My favorite revolutionaries are back from Niagara Falls with Say It Like It Really Is, a brand new track that will be featured on the upcoming box set “Bring the Noise, Hits, Vids and Doc Box”. From Huey and Angela to Living Colour and Kool Moe Dee, you can never accuse Public Enemy of not remembering where they came from.

And while we’re on the subject of Public Enemy… I also wanted to share/archive this gem I ran across… and to think that I always thought P-Diddy was a joke until watching this video for PE 2000 featuring the obscure duet between Diddy and Chuck D… With Linus of Hollywood on guitar and Mario Winans on drums this track explodes with elements of punk, ska, speed metal and of course those incredible, incendiary rhymes … as I’ve always said, Public Enemy is the most explosive live act in hip-hop… if you ever get a chance to see them… lace up those moshing boots.
